Club Holiday Homes were first launched by The Camping and Caravanning Club in 2000. Today, holiday home accommodation can be found on 11 of the Club’s 108 larger UK campsites. These include a mixture of owner-occupied holiday homes, static caravans and luxury leisure lodges,
In total, there are around 500 Club Holiday Homes, statics and luxury lodges across England, Scotland and Wales. The largest complex is in Keswick in the Lakes, housing more than 200.
A break away from it all
There’s much to savour when spending time in a Club Holiday Home. Families can holiday with complete peace of mind as part of a safe Club community. Indeed, as Club Holiday Homes are situated on the Club’s campsite network, owners enjoy a range of on-site facilities.
These including access to children’s play areas, fishing lakes, dedicated dog walks and often great walking and cycle trails. There are also a team of people on hand to help with information and advice.
The Club purchases models from all the major manufacturers. Licence periods are 15 years for a new caravan and up to 50 years for a new lodge. Annual site fees range from £1,500 up to £5,200 depending on the location and type of unit.
Why buy through the Club
The Club is a not-for-profit organisation, measuring success by experiences of members and home owners rather than profits. This has been the same for over 100 years, meaning holiday home owners can rest in the knowledge that they’ll always have the same site owner, and same fair policies.
Club member for life
Club Holiday Home owners automatically become a member of The Camping and Caravanning Club. This gives them access to exclusive discounts and member benefits. These range from discounts in selected retailers to affordable insurance across home, contents and vehicle insurance through Club Care, the Club’s appointed 5* rated insurance provider (Defaqto, 2016).
